M: Thank you. But I really want my money back. Last night I invited some friends of mine for a get-together. After dinner, I put the coffee and the water into the coffee maker and turned it on, but nothing happened. I was very worried. So now I would like my money back.
W: Sure. I’m terribly sorry to have given you so much trouble. And here’s your money.
